Green Curry Shrimp
Ingredients
1 can light coconut milk
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 Tbs green curry paste
1 bag frozen pepper and onion mix
1 bag frozen shrimp
1/4 cup fish sauce
Directions
In wok style pan, pour coconut milk and simmer. Add brown sugar, green curry paste, and continue to simmer. Toss in pepper mix and shrimp and cook/heat up. Stir in fish sauce.
Serve over brown rice.
this was amazing! I wish we still had leftovers.
